Hello,
October is National Cybersecurity Awareness Month. As you know, cybersecurity is an important area of concern at the University and throughout the nation. I encourage you to attend one of the four presentations I am doing in support of this initiative. Please invite the people you support or anyone you think might be interested. It's all free, and anyone can attend.
Among other things, I plan to show how easy it is to identify spear phishing messages, review current best practices, and provide an overview of what's going on in cybersecurity.
Sponsors have provided great door prizes, and of course, there will be snacks. This webpage provides the details; the first is Tuesday, October 2 from 1:30-2:30.
