This is a great question. I would love to hear as well. This is the only part of the basic records management class where we spend three weeks, combined with the Principle of Protection. My students experiences in the past have been that organizations have very little in the way of written documents and if they do, the documentation is inadequate. They are mostly looking at not-for-profits and small companies, so information about larger companies would be very interesting and helpful.
