Here is a thought that may or may not work.

1-ARMA Records a number  of the conference sessions
2-Most attendees cannot go to each session they want to and need to make choices
3-Most attendees do not want to pay extra for the recorded sessions ( a few dollars for each attendee bump may be needed to cover the cost of the recordings)

What about the following
1-Attendees get free access to the recorded sessions (some type of login verification)
2-Each on-line session has a ICRM pre-approved code so that once you listen to the session you can then apply for credit hours

This would give attendees to listen to some of the sessions they missed, give CRM attendees a way to get additional credits.

My thoughts are my own.
