RECORDS MANAGER - HOUSTON LAW FIRM

Well established and successful law firm is seeking a Records Manager to help build and implement a RIM program, integrate multiple locations, and maintain standardization and compliance consistent with best practices and industry standards. An experienced Records Manager with background working in a law office or corporate legal department is required to manage the records program and operations. Responsible for formulating and implementing standardized policy and procedures, directing the activities and team members, reporting, project management and technological innovation within budgetary guidelines. Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Information Management, Library Science, Records or associated discipline. 5+ years experience working in a managerial position in Records & Information Management; 3+ years experience working for a law firm or law department in a Supervisory or Records Management Role.
