Regional Business Development Director - Northern California

TRAK Records and Library is growing and we want you to join our national information management sales team!  We are currently searching for a Regional Business Development Director to drive temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire sales in Northern California.  In this position, you will utilize creative and aggressive marketing, business development and sales strategies.   You will lead the effort in identifying and developing new and existing accounts in the information management staffing arena.  Your main function in this role is to find the business and then match a candidate's key skill, personality and preferential situations to your client's requisitions. You run the entire life cycle of the deal.  Minimum requirements include 4 year degree with at least 2 years of staffing and/or business to business sales experience.  Cold call experience is required.  Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are required.    Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task. This position offers a competitive base salary with a generous commission/bonus package.
