Hi Anna,

While we no longer have an on-site Records Center, we also used a system similar to that outlined by Tod.     It worked extremely well.   You mentioned that you have varying box sizes, so I'm sure that you are designing your system to ensure that boxes of similar size are stored together to maximize your space.
