Our office recently started to use Microsoft Lync 2010 between ourselves to 
communicate in real time, like being on MSN.  

This is a great collaborative tool but my concern is whether our conversations 
are being saved, if so, they could lead to e-Discovery and should have a 
retention applied to them. 

We have a retention schedule for our email, having to apply transitory or 
making them official document.  

I am looking for any information the RECMGMT-L may have regarding Microsoft 
Lync 2010.
