whether it was $10K or $20k per box is irrelevant the key point is that
plaintiff's counsel as a result of the detailed information about each box
was able to show what the estimated cost to reconstruct the information
would be. This just serves to remind us that accurate inventories are
critical as well as making sure that vital or critical records are
accurately identified and appropriately protected
