Good Afternoon very smart fellow listers:

I just formed my first Records Management Advisory Team (YIKES) and our first meeting just got moved from next Monday to tomorrow!  I don't want to send the entire team running screaming from the building by hitting them up all at once with the challenges we face in this newly created department, however I am scrambling for ideas to get them thinking and feeling good about being on this team without boring them to death. This is a small group and everyone knows each other so I'm not looking for icebreaker type activities or ideas. I mainly want to get them thinking about records.  Get the neurons firing...Does anyone have any ideas or things they have tried or suggestions? I am a Toastmaster and can def. research some things but am running short of time.
