Larry asked "Can't quite understand why NARA is getting involved in decisions made related to DOCUMENTS... isn't their focus supposed to be on RECORDS?"



I suppose it's possible a few people in the agencies don't understand the distinction.



Especially if they are dealing with "document management systems" or "content management systems".
