TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for an experienced Records Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity in Phoenix, AZ.  The Records Coordinator will be responsible for working with the Corporate Compliance Manager to drive implementation of their newly designed records and information management program.  Responsibilities will include collaborating with business unit leaders to inventory existing records, train staff on new records and information management procedures including application of retention and destruction policies, identify gaps in the records policy that arise through the implementation process, and provide regular reports and updates to the Compliance Manager.  There could be opportunity to move into a full time role as the program evolves and needs are determined.  Ideal candidates will be familiar with the duties required for such an undertaking, having contributed to records management program implementation before in a corporate or legal environment.  Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are critical.
