We negotiated a custom indemnification statement in our contract:

"Bodily Injury Cross-Indemnity: Depositor and Company shall each defend and indemnify the other and the other's employees, officers, directors and agents against all damages for bodily injury, including death, or damage to real or tangible personal property (other than the goods being stored hereunder) to the extent proximately caused by the indemnifying party in the course of performing under this Agreement."
