Wait, you mean people OUTSIDE the US use SharePoint?!?  :-)

Thanks, Glenn, you are one of a number of folks who have pointed out that
our 'store' isn't actually configured for customers outside the US.  Sorry,
growing pains of a small, new company.  We're working to get that fixed.  

In the meantime, you can just pick any address that works for you.  (Pick
ANY state!  Even New Jersey!)  All we really need is a valid name and email
address.
