At my previous job, I found a magnet in the shape of a light bulb and had 
the slogan "Be BRIGHT!  Manage your records" printed on it.  I had an 
image I used as my department logo which was also on the magnet along with 
my phone extension.  I gave them out at training classes, when someone new 
started, even when someone stopped by the Records Center or my office.   I 
got some pretty good feedback on them.
