I've developed an Info Governance protocol for my organization that describes how our shared drive system is intended to be used.  The guidance pieces I have include "Document Management Policy & Controls" and "Quick Guide to Document Storage." Has any RIM Managers participated in the writing of a Network File Shared Drive Policy that details what requirements must be followed when storing, and managing electronic documents on the network shared drive?  I have received some great ideas and thought starters from a colleague of mine and I wanted to see if anyone else had any experience with this?
