99.9999% of replies go back to the list. that is the default for the list
and has been for quite sometime. Some individuals have setup their email
clients such that a reply comes back to them individually and not the list.

also please remember to create a signature block that contains at least the
follow items

name
email address
physical location (usually city and state is enough)

this makes it much easier for folks who wish to send a direct message
