*FORMER special branch officer Barry Krosch has told a parliamentary
inquiry he found his own surveillance logs and the names of targets among
Fitzgerald Inquiry documents accidentally approved for public release at
State Archives. *
Mr Krosch yesterday told the Parliamentary Crime and Misconduct Committee
into the bungled release and shredding of files from the landmark
corruption inquiry that he had initially requested three pieces of
correspondence relating to the special branch.
