There is a vacancy for a board member on the City of Alexandria, Virginia Public Records Advisory Commission.  Applicants must reside in the City of Alexandria (and not the Alexandria portion of Fairfax County.

The commission meets on the third Thursday of the month in City Hall with the exception of July, August and December.  During those months, the commission does not meet.

Board members possess a variety of different backgrounds but must have a strong interest in archives and records management.  To apply, please go to:   http://alexandriava.gov/Boards and click on "Apply online."
