Thanks Lee! Spoken like a true professional. I agree with having an index of what was destroyed beyond the legal timeframes and was never originally indexed in case of litigation and good professional conduct. And I do believe firms are seeing the necessity to put the money and resources into their ECM streams of work. I see this is a win-win for the lawyers, clients and the RM professionals. Being aware and not fearing the next step is what I see as needed.
