These folks, in one of the more wealthy counties in the US, can't get their act together to keep Board of Supervisors meeting records 2007-2013 because of "a lack of computer disk storage space at the data center, which has been managed by Xerox as part of a $280-million-plus contract" (according to the article).



How can anyone still think the Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act is worth the non-paper it's "written on"?????
