Fellow colleagues,

I am researching policies and practices on using a DM solution/s for the 
development of one for my organization. In the process of enhancing 
control over our information, I am looking into policies on what 
organizations tell their employees about use of DM systems and RIM 
requirements for all their materials, paper and ESI.

If possible, I would be interested in hearing what others have done, or 
are doing, in this area.
