eliminating the trigger, but rather defining it in the records series
entry so as to eliminate the "ACT" from the retention code itself to make
it simply a number.>>
In our schedule we define when active ceases...such as with employment
termination, expiration of contract, disposition of asset, etc. So the
ACT+XX is still the requirement but the trigger is defined in the schedule
notes.
