Hello list serve member,
Around 2006/2007 there was a document that came out that basically described the steps of a records management program and had subset areas underneath that you could check off. I do not remember what this was called so I am at a loss on how to search for information about it in the archives of the list. One area I remember in particular was that of employees, and having to do with creating employee responsibilities, measuring metrics, having the responsibilities placed in the position profile, training, etc. There were also detailed sections about security, disaster recovery, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction to locate this document? I know the description is vague but I am hopeful someone will recall this document and assist me in locating it. I have searched generically online but cannot locate.
