Our client, a well-known law firm in downtown Boston, is looking for a Records Coordinator with 5+ years of law firm records management experience.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Records Manager.
* Providing filing support.
* Maintaining the files and filing area.
* Acting as a mentor to junior Records Assistants.
Requirements:
* Substantive and technical records skills.
* Ability to operate independently.
* Familiarity with complex records management database systems.
* Demonstrated skills with automated file tracking.
* Ability to use a hand truck, book cart, and mobile file shelving.
