Greetings,

I am a graduate student in Dominican University's GSLIS program taking a 
Records and Information Management course. It was suggested that this ListServ 
is a good idea to sign up with.

I do contract work for the Chicago Public Library as a CyberNavigator. 
Essentially I assist patrons with their computer needs, including laptops, tablets, 
smartphones and ereaders.
