Nicole:

Here is a link to the Records Control Schedules for the United States
Department of Homeland Security which includes areas such as Citizenship and
Immigration and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Hope it is helpful, though you will probably have to do some digging to find
some of what you want. Others may be able to help further.

Good Luck

Nicole writes...We are currently reviewing the retention policies for our
immigration records (work permits; passport applications; status and
residency applications; complaint and investigation files, etc.) and are
interested in how our policies align with other jurisdictions. I'd be
interested in feedback, especially from those of you who work for federal
governments, on the retention policies for these types of records.
