TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a Records Supervisor Job in downtown San Francisco, CA. Candidates for this position must have strong computer and technical skills and a minimum of three years of experience within a legal records management environment. This position will focus on scanning documents and new materials, general file and database management, training staff on best practices and procedures, and responding to records requests from clients. Records Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate electronic workflow
* Troubleshoot and improve processes as needed
* Scan documents
* Prepare files for offsite storage
* Respond to client requests
* Train staff on records management best practices
* Process new materials
* Maintain files and databases
Qualifications:
* Experience with electronic records management
* Three years or more of legal records management
* Strong computer and technical skills
