Forms management is one of my job responsibilities.  I have been using 
Acrobat Pro to create fillable forms, but I don't find this the most 
friendly program.   We are beginning to investigate software for e-forms. 
This would include things such as forms creation, workflow, e-signatures, 
being able to do analytics on submitted forms, etc. I have been asked to 
find out what other companies are using.   If you are using something and 
are willing to share your experiences I would appreciate it.   Please, 
practitioners only at this time.  Thanks.
