When Windows 95 came out twenty years ago, its headlining feature was the
new Start menu, giving easy access to programs and documents.

The official theme song for the Windows 95 launch was even "Start Me Up" by
the Rolling Stones.

20 years later, the Start menu is still with us, making headlines once
again as a key part of Windows 10.

"The problems of our economy have occurred not as an outgrowth of
laissez-faire, unbridled competition.

umbrella of federal regulations."
Senator Ted Kennedy, in defending trucking deregulation in 1978.
