Lisa,

Everyone is giving you good advice. I might also suggest that think of how this could fit into records management. I have often been asked to do tasks I did not think fit within the "Records" purview, but it was my job to get the task done. In order to swallow it better I would continually ask "how CAN this fit in RIM?" By using your creativity, you may expand your understanding of RIM and play a little game with yourself to get through things you don't want to do.
