SERVICES/APPLICATION CONSULTANT

Required 

 	* High School Diploma/GED
 	* At least 5 years experience in implementing Enterprise applications
and solutions.
 	* At least 3 years experience in knowledge of Enterprise applications,
such as Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
 	* At least 5 years experience in facilitating workshops with client
technical personnel, Line-of-Business and IT execs and their teams.
 	* At least 5 years experience in documenting key business requirements
around target initiative and translate into a high-impact deliverable.
 	* At least 5 years experience in written and verbal communication
skills.
 	* Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
 	* English: Fluent

Preferred 

 	* Bachelor's Degree and CRM designation
 	* At least 3 years experience in prior implementation knowledge of IBM
Information Lifecycle Governance products.
 	* At least 3 years experience in records management, content
management, storage management software, litigation support software.
 	* At least 5 years experience in working with Legal Teams to
understand Legal business requirements or Experience working with Legal
as an attorney, paralegal, IT or Records Management personnel in a Legal
department.
 	* At least 3 years experience in utilizing best practices and
methodologies to define/deliver the IBM solutions.
