The next educational session is Tuesday, December 13th from 11:30am to 1:30.  We are offering the standard 'in-person' meeting as well as a WebEx option.  This session titled 'Information Governance: Failures & Lessons Learned'<https://tcarma.files.wordpress.com/2016/11/december-2016-arma-flyer.pdf> features Robert Smallwood.  Mr. Smallwood will begin the WebEx by introducing concise definitions of information governance and its key concepts.  We will then explore IG program principles and best practices, followed by examples of major IG failures and lessons learned.  Mr. Smallwood is an industry leading consultant, keynote speaker, author of numerous IG books, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for AIIM.

For those attending in-person, the session will be held at Ricoh, 2740 American Blvd. Bloomington.  Registration and lunch start at 11:30, and we will begin watching the webinar promptly at noon.

WebEx only option is just $15 for members ($25 for non-members).
In person cost for members is $30, Non-Members is $50
