*e-Lesson Learned:* When given notice about legal action make sure to save
your emails and have a centralized plan to preserve them. When you are
communicating via email and you are served to preserve emails, make sure
that you follow through. Additionally, if you have an outside vendor
preserving emails for you, double check and make sure that they are doing
what you are paying them to do.
