Just FYI.  Shasta Gaither recently posted the same question to the Next
Generation Records Management LinkedIn discussion board and she got a
couple of good responses you might find interesting.  You can find that

There's also a very healthy discussion thread in the same group on the DoD
5015.2 Records Management Application Standard, with many RM professionals
arguing the trend is to move away from that model of enterprise records
management to a less complex, more decentralized approach.  You may find
