I've just had an inquiry come across my desk related to recordkeeping within Saleforce CRM software, specifically in the notes fields.  Before I go off and dig into the research can someone gives me any high level direction on the possible recordkeeping requirements in general for Saleforce.  We reside in the financial services sector.
