Electronic Records Specialist - Chicago, IL

TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for an Electronic Records Specialist for a large Chicago law firm.  The Electronic Records Specialist performs tasks related to incoming or outgoing electronic records and other compliance activities. The role is responsible for processing all electronic records that are received by the firm in conjunction with incoming lawyers or clients, assisting with the location and release of outbound electronic records, and following firm processes to implement document holds, preservation orders and court-ordered document destruction activities. Candidates will have at least four years of records management experience preferably in a law firm, a strong interest in technology, and some experience with information management systems such as records management databases, litigation support tools and document management systems.
