Vision Search Partners is recruiting for a Records Management Supervisor for an energy company in Houston. This is a permanent, full-time position with a large corporation. The RIM Supervisor is responsible for managing the records program and staff. They will provide oversight and input to ensure the program is running smoothly and mentor the team to ensure daily objectives and longer term initiatives are being met. Qualified candidates will preferably have a degree, CRM certification, at least 5 years of records management experience, supervisory experience, skills in using FileTrail, Enertia, SharePoint or other related technologies, experience developing and implementing policy, procedure, retention schedules, disaster recovery plans, legal holds, etc. If you or someone you know would like more information please contact me at [log in to unmask]
