<?  Did you have to create new records series to accommodate PSM?  Did it impact any current records series already in place-were their retention periods adjusted up or down to accommodate PSM?>

We had a similar situation related to the SEMS program.  Our solution was a hybrid.  Where our existing retention for a records series was close, we adjusted to match the new requirements.  If the new retention requirements would have significantly altered the retention on an existing record series, we created a new series and clearly identified it to be for the SEM-related records.
