I work for a cooperative electric utility that powers one of our plants
with a biomass called RDF or "refuse derived fuel"  It looks like
shredded newspaper, but is processed mixed municipal waste.
We burn 1,500 tons a day at a high temperature, with proper
environmental controls, to generate energy for about 30,000 homes.  For

Although we are can not operate as a records destruction company, on
occasion a few cubic feet of our own confidential business records are
thrown into the mix.  I am very confident it is utterly destroyed.
