Thanks, John!  I had to write a document listing what I want in a new
system in order for our ITS department to even go forward with trying to
obtain the money.  But I plan to tweak it to make our needs more specific.
Unfortunately, there are just going to be things that I didn't think of no
matter how hard I concentrate.  I just hate that!

Also I am a firm believer of identifying your requirements first.  Know
what
"you" require.  Also never design your processes or requirements around a
software.  Buy a product or software that has the functionality you require
and meets these requirements.  Yes you can tweak it and customize it
somewhat, or even design a product around your needs but don't fall into
that vendor trap.  Cheers.
