I don't know of any Japanese dictionary specific to RIM, but there is a
great online dictionary at:

http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/wwwjdic.html

It served me well when I needed a quick fix at a former job.  If you're
a non-Japanese speaker be careful using this resource.  This is a fairly
comprehensive dictionary that doesn't always distinguish subtle
differences between what appear to be similar words.
