Hi, Lisa,
The only thing I can think of after your clarification is making sure
Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Purchasing is aware of RIM
requirements for any new system.  What records does it generate?  Are they
electronic or paper or other?  Will the records be managed internally
within the system for their entire life cycle, or must they be migrated
out?  Will the migration require additional integration, development,
hardware or software costs?
