I think an on-site non-fireproof climate controlled cabinet and an off-site
fireproof climate
controlled facility would be a good combination.
You could always recommend that they store their data in a fire protected
record center located
somewhere that the temperatures and humidity are a natural fit for media
storage...with the
lowest probability of natural disaster in the country...and a charming
administrator with which
to work! But then again, where, oh where could you find such a magical
place??? ;0)
