“Trends in Electronic Evidence - Understanding the implications
of the proposed changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure”
Amanda Ross, CEO Prism Litigation Technology

Topic Overview:
With the changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure going into affect
on December 1, 2006, the bar has been raised for counsel to oversee
and provide assistance to their clients on issues surrounding the
preservation, collection, processing and review of their evidence, as well
as negotiating with opposing counsel on exchange, scope, cost-sharing and
production issues. The implications within the records management community
are equally challenging. Walk through a ten-step workflow which provides a
framework on how to tackle these challenges, while still controlling
processingand review costs, and minimizing liability and risk.
