...trying to find a needle - in a field of haystacks. (even better if you
have some idea of the amount of backup data - for example 50GB of backup
data for a single 50KB file = "a haystack the size of Heinz Field")
...trying to find a single book in a library (or the Library of Congress) -
without an index or finding aids. 
...trying to separate out the red marbles from the white (only useful for
the Deming-trained folks :D)
...trying to find YOUR SUV at the mall on December 24

More if I think of 'em.
