personal records, bills, books, manuals, music or whatever.  A one day
course could teach them just the fundamentals and the legal reasons for
ensuring your personal records are retained."


And you could include backup strategies for their Home PC's. This is an area
in which nearly everyone I know with a PC is negligent. 
This way they would not only know how to keep proper records, but they would
also understand the difference between backups and records. (something many
people in business have yet to learn).
