Subject: Re: [RM] Are file plans necessary?
The first thing that I did when I took my current job (besides find the
ladies room) was to visit my respective client groups and plant the seeds
for file plan development. Some areas were naturals like design &
contruction and real estate. Others like my own dear little team, legal,
fought the idea. But we made our plans anyway and drug the lawyers along.
Now everyone is glad we did since our scope has grown and changed so much in
5 years.
So yes - still something to develop!
Rock on!
