Colin asked about "security classification" standards (e.g. Top Secret,
Confidential, Restricted, etc.).

Hi Colin: Try the Gov't of Alberta. We really refer to their site a lot
when doing research. We're currently working on ours but you know how long
it to gain concensus. Keep in touch though, we'll share.
