Listers,
Does anyone know if this requirement just applies to nonprofits that raise
money (foundations, public charities, associations) or to the entire
organization for which any monies are raised?
We are a state university with a totally separate and distinct foundation
that does all of our fundraising. The foundation does have written RR
policies and procedures. However, although SCSU as a university abides by
State of CT records retention requirements, we do not have any types of
policies or procedures in writing regarding those requirements and/or any
in-house ones.
