I also received an invitation and looked through the information on the website listed in the letter.  It appears that, although the visit is archival oriented, there are several topics regarding RIM that are included - Electronic Records Management and Coordination of Archives and Records Management.  Elizabeth Adkins is past president of the Society of American Archivists, who do have access to ARMA members names through a number of cross-organizational activities.  I had to decline due to scheduling conflicts and the cost.
